21st Century Antiques is a small family run auction company. The owners, Chris and Elaine Doerner, have attended auctions as bidders for over twenty years and noted the variety of different auction styles that these companies were using. When developing our business strategy, we borrowed all the best practices from those auctions we liked. This allowed us to develop our business with an eye toward the bidder sitting in the audience.
We also have a passion as collectors and orient our auctions with both the collector and dealer in mind. A common complaint with some auction companies is that they do not treat estate or consigned items with the respect they deserve. We believe that we are only temporary stewards of the items we sell and treat every item with great care, regardless of the potential value.
We are available for On-site estate sales (which we love doing), Consignment auctions, tag sales, estate clean-outs, which in some cases may be contracted for FREE, and can make our auction staff available on a sub-contractor basis. We are also happy to volunteer our services for Charity and Benefit auctions.
Finally Our mission statement: Happy Bidders Bid More. We hope to see you all at our next sale!!
